✨Cavalier Dress Away Dresser✨

An incredible piece of furniture craftsmanship. When I say they don’t build furniture like they used to, it’s so true! Don’t let the size fool you! This piece is HEAVY!

This is a pat pending design that they did go on to produce. With its multi function use, made for compact living back in the 1930’s.

Painted in a rich burgundy red. I chose this color bc the mirror in the top drawer was originally painted red, also bc I love the color!
3 dovetailed drawers slide in and out smoothly.
The top drawer pulls out all the way and has wood catches on the bottom so it can’t be pulled all the way out of the dresser.
The top slides forward and lifting it up exposes the mirror and the vanity compartments.

New vintage style pulls. New bun feet were added since the base was broken.
The top was stripped and stained a warm brown. It is mahogany, so slight red tones as well.
