These Wax Melts are handmade to order in Ozark, Missouri. We use Soy Wax and blend of Phthalate Free High Quality Fragrance Oil and Essential Oil. If you choose to purchase a tester: Testers, come in a small clear plastic container labeled Tester and Name of Product. **Bakery Bags are sealed** We have tested this out and sealing the bags have helped the wax melts not to frost as fast as unsealed bags. *Customers will not be able to open the bags to smell product.* If you wish to not have the bags sealed please reach out at time of purchase.
